Die SFL hat bislang die Profispielervereinigung SAFP, entgegen bestehender vertraglicher Verpflichtungen, in keine der dem Bundesrat unterbreiteten Pläne zum Trainingsstart und zur Fortführung der Meisterschaft eingeweiht, geschweige denn die Meinung der Spielervereinigung dazu eingeholt.

Für die SAFP steht die Gesundheit der Spieler an allererster Stelle.

Ohne das Konzept der SFL gesehen und mit eigenen Spezialisten geprüft zu haben, kann die Spielervereinigung einem Trainingsstart und einer Fortführung der Meisterschaft zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt deshalb nicht zustimmen.

Während die FIFA und UEFA die FIFPRO in Kommissionen einbindet, ist die SFL offenbar an einem sozialen Dialog mit der SAFP zu derart wesentlichen Themen wie Gesundheit der Spieler nicht interessiert, obschon über 80% der Profispieler der Schweiz Mitglieder der SAFP sind. Das ist unter den gegebenen Umständen skandalös und muss insbesondere am Tag der Arbeit thematisiert werden. Ein seriöser sozialer Dialog wie er in dieser Coronakrise von Anfang an offeriert hat ist nun dringender denn je.

 

SAFP puts the health of the players first

So far, the SFL has not, contrary to existing contractual obligations, consulted the SAFP professional players’ union on any of the plans submitted to the Federal Council to start training and continue the championship, let alone seek the opinion of the players’ union.

For the SAFP, the health of the players is the top priority.

Without having seen the concept of the SFL and having examined it with its own specialists, the players’ union cannot agree to the start of training and the continuation of the championship at this stage.

While FIFA and UEFA involve FIFPRO in committees, the SFL is apparently not interested in a social dialogue with the SAFP on such essential issues as players’ health, even though over 80% of Switzerland’s professional players are members of the SAFP. This is scandalous under the circumstances and must be addressed, particularly on Labour Day. A serious social dialogue such as that offered from the outset in this corona crisis is now more urgent than ever.

Jusqu’à présent, la SFL n’a, contrairement aux obligations contractuelles existantes, consulté l’association professionnelle des joueurs de la SAFP sur aucun des projets soumis au Conseil fédéral pour commencer la formation et poursuivre le championnat, et encore moins demandé l’avis de l’association des joueurs.

Pour le SAFP, la santé des acteurs est la première priorité.

Sans avoir vu le concept de la SFL et l’avoir examiné avec ses propres spécialistes, l’association des joueurs ne peut pas accepter le début de la formation et la poursuite du championnat à ce stade.

Alors que la FIFA et l’UEFA impliquent la FIFPRO dans des comités, la SFL ne semble pas intéressée par un dialogue social avec la SAFP sur des questions aussi essentielles que la santé des joueurs, même si plus de 80% des joueurs professionnels suisses sont membres de la SAFP. C’est scandaleux dans les circonstances et il faut y remédier, en particulier à l’occasion de la fête du travail. Un dialogue social sérieux tel que celui proposé dès le début dans cette crise de la covid est aujourd’hui plus urgent que jamais.

Finora, contrariamente agli obblighi contrattuali esistenti, la SFL non ha consultato l’associazione dei giocatori professionisti della SAFP su nessuno dei progetti presentati al Consiglio federale per l’inizio dell’allenamento e la continuazione del campionato, né tanto meno ha chiesto il parere dell’associazione dei giocatori.

Per la SAFP, la salute dei giocatori è la priorità assoluta.

Senza aver visto il concetto della SFL e senza averlo esaminato con i propri specialisti, l’associazione dei giocatori non può accettare l’inizio dell’allenamento e la continuazione del campionato in questa fase.

Mentre la FIFA e la UEFA coinvolgono la FIFPRO il sindacto mondiale nei comitati, la SFL non è apparentemente interessata a un dialogo sociale con la SAFP su questioni essenziali come la salute dei giocatori, anche se oltre l’80% dei giocatori professionisti svizzeri sono membri della SAFP. Questo è scandaloso date le circostanze e deve essere affrontato, in particolare in occasione della Festa del Lavoro. Un dialogo sociale serio come quello offerto fin dall’inizio in questa crisi covid è oggi più urgente che mai.
