The Belgian Union concerning the registration of unemployed players (application of circular nr. 818 in each country) called on the other European Unions asked the unions to share the rules governing the registration of unemployed players of their country.

The Belgian Union concerning the registration of unemployed players (application of circular nr. 818 in each country) called on the other European Unions asked the unions to share the rules governing the registration of unemployed players of their country.

The mobilization was general and the result is this (the Portuguese union did no more than page to be more accessible to players). The Belgian Union should be congratulated. The European Unions should be congratulated. One small gesture of major importance for the players.
